Just as Walter Churches made a point of recruiting and training apprentices a century ago, so the company he founded continues that commitment to the trades whose services we offer:

Rodney is one of the top mechanical engineers in the business. Having joined Churches as an apprentice in 1958 he has steadily climbed through the ranks to become coowner/ company director, recently celebrating his fiftieth anniversary with the company. His particular skills include an unwavering commitment to providing his clients with top quality service and a technical expertise that enables them to plan for any plant upgrade or replacement with confidence. Rodney has watched the business grow through the recommendations of satisfied clients who experience our efficient service with minimum disruption to theirs.
