Seamlessly linked with our mechanical and electrical teams is our building services team who provide top quality maintenance to many of our clients. All our maintenance contracts are drawn up to suit your exact needs, keeping your costs to a minimum, whilst maintaining the highest quality service.

Churches also has the appropriate skills and professional accreditation to maintain and repair more specialised facilities such as automatic doors, catering equipment, CCTV, fire alarms, intruder alarms and lift.

Equipment, skills, storage facilities, maintenance and support

All equipment is stored in our own secure facility and is kept up to date and in good working order by a team of qualified engineers. Maintenance records are kept routinely, with all equipment checked pre and post use. If technical failures occur on site a replacement is quickly dispatched using our own driver. If engineering work is taking place some distance from our main site we will source a replacement from the network of contacts that we have in the industry to minimise downtime on site.
